- Handful of Spinach
- Handful of Cilantro or Parsley
- Small Cucumber
- Ginger – two inches
- One Lemon or Lime – peeled
- One medium green Apple (Other options: half of an Apple and one Kiwi, or two Kiwis or 3-4 Strawberries, or a small cup of other berries)
- 3-4 stalks of Celery with leaves
- 1-2 Carrots
- One medium Tomato
You can modify the above recipe as you like but generally speaking these ingredients are pretty much what need to be in your juicing. If using fruits other than Apple for sweetener, adjust the portion to control the fruit intake. If adding Kiwi or berries they need to be blend separately in a blender to get the most of them.
